📥 Session Access & Scheduling * In Person Reiki Sessions: Offered in Central Florida at agreed chosen location from available packages. After booking, you will receive an email within 72 hours to coordinate your session date, time, and location. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for your healing. *Online Reiki Sessions (Zoom): Sessions are conducted via scheduled Zoom meetings. After booking, you will receive an email within 72 hours to coordinate your session date, time, and Zoom link. Ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space for your session. * Mini Reiki Sessions (Pre Recorded Video): A personalized 10–15 minute healing video created just for you. Lifetime access to your video for personal use. Delivery via email within 72 hours after your intake form is submitted. *Technical Issues: For any difficulties accessing your session or Zoom link, contact: soulsunshinegoods@gmail.com 💳 Refunds, Cancellations & Returns *Custom & Energetic Nature: Due to the personalized and energetic nature of Reiki, all sales are final and non-refundable once a session has been scheduled, created, or delivered. *Cancellations: For in person & online zoom sessions, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. For mini reiki video sessions, cancellations may only be requested before the intake form is submitted.
